Ed began his career as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT in Las Cruces, NM 1989. Upon completion of is Paramedic training in 1992, he became a Paramedic and Field Training Officer at a large, urban 3rd Service in Baton Rouge, LA. After returning to his native state of New Mexico, he worked as a Paramedic with the Albuquerque Ambulance Service. A move back to Las Cruces, NM offered him the positions of Field Paramedic, Clinical Coordinator and Paramedic Supervisor for American Medical Response. He worked as a Flight Paramedic for Southwest Med Evac in 2004 before accepting the position of Education & Training Coordinator within the company.

Ann has been involved with EMS education since 1979. She has taught all levels of EMS education, in addition she was faculty for a BSN program. She has served as faculty at local, regional state and national conferences. She served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of EMTs, the Nebraska EMT Association and the New Mexico EMT Association. She was involved in the development of the PHTLS and AMLS courses sponsored by NAEMT. She has been the contributing author to several pre-hospital text books and has authored several test bank review programs. She has her BS in nursing, MA in instructional design and human resource development and her doctorate in learning technologies and adult education.

Ken has had the opportunity to enjoy several different aspects of EMS since 1992. These include working in both rural & urban areas. He has also held the positions of Executive Director for a rural ambulance service and Education Coordinator for a large service. Currently, he works at Southwest Med Evac as a flight paramedic and on faculty at Eastern New Mexico University at Roswell.

Will began teaching Paramedics in 1995 through continuing education with his employer.  Will has taught at local, regional and state conferences numerous times, beginning in 1996.  He has taught at national conferences such as the CCTMC and AMTC and currently travels across the nation teaching the IAFP's only sanctioned Flight Paramedic Review Course with Bacfield Group, LLC .  Will has been the CEO of his own company, The ResQ shop, providing training for ALS/CCT agencies around New Mexico and west Texas.
